We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any service features at any time.

User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

Provide truthful and current business and financial information.
Use the platform exclusively for legal business activities.
Protect your login credentials and API keys.
Immediately inform us of unauthorized account access or suspicious activity.

Fees and Payment Settlements

Fees are detailed in your Merchant Agreement or Dashboard and may be updated with notice. Fees exclude applicable taxes unless stated. You are responsible for paying taxes to authorities. Chargebacks are your liability. Refunds will follow our internal procedures. Fee changes will be communicated via email or Dashboard.

Prohibited Uses

Use of the service for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized transactions is prohibited. This includes sales or distribution of narcotics, adult content, gambling, counterfeit goods, firearms, or any unlawful products or services. Attempts to manipulate or exploit platform vulnerabilities are forbidden. Violations may lead to immediate suspension, withholding of funds, and possible legal action.

Fraud Prevention and Risk Monitoring

We employ advanced real-time monitoring, AI-driven fraud detection, and automated risk scoring. Suspicious transactions may be delayed, reviewed, or reversed. Confirmed fraudulent accounts may be frozen or terminated without notice. You accept responsibility for losses, chargebacks, or penalties due to illegal or risky activities on your account.

We prioritize safeguarding your and your customers’ data. Information collected is managed according to applicable laws and our Privacy Policy. We comply with security standards and use encryption, authentication, and access controls to protect sensitive data. Intellectual Property

All platform-related intellectual property, including software, branding, trademarks, logos, text, and documentation, remains the sole property of STATIONRIDGES PRIVATE LIMITED or licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for intended business purposes. Copying, modification, reverse engineering, sublicensing, or unauthorized use is prohibited. Use of branding or marketing materials requires prior written approval.

Third-Party Integrations
